We collect account data (name, email), project data you enter (customer information, addresses, system specs), and uploaded documents. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.
2. How we use it
Your data powers your workspace: tracking projects, generating permit packages, and sending e-sign requests. We never sell your data or your customers' data.
3. Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. Files live in private buckets accessible only to your organization.
4. Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Email privacy@soladrive.app for requests.
